Rosebud Indian Art Terms of Use : We have considered few points under Terms of Use i.e. Privacy Policy, Worldwide Shipping, Information we collect, Usage of your Information, Your Order details, Your Order updates, Order Processing time, Payments.

Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy and want to protect your personal information. We don’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products, or protect our rights.

While Registering to Rosebudindinaart.com We use your email for placing an order and receiving free promotional notices; we notify you when we receive a new brand, or new product style; to get there great offers, you simply sign up for our email newsletter.
We may change our privacy policy although most changes are likely to be minor, Rosebud Indian Art may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and in Rosebud Indian Art Sole discretion.

Worldwide Shipping : We deliver goods all over the world so do not worry about your order we will deliver goods at your respective location.

We deliver products through air and ship worldwide as per customer requirements but shipping charges are not including into product. Shipping charges always vary with your order size and destination country. Rosebud Indian Art cooperated with major international companies i.e. FedEx, DHL, UPS, Indian Postal Services and all Sea and Air Cargo methods. 

We always try to deliver orders as earliest; generally the order is shipped between 7-50 Days. We always send the processing schedule to our customer once the order is confirmed.

Delivery times can be vary based on shipping method as duration depends on the shipping method and the destination country. 

Deliver can be delay due to war, flood, typhoon, storm, earthquake, severe weather conditions, or any other situation which cannot be foreseen or avoided, then delivery will be postponed. In the event of such delays, we will work on the issue until there is a positive solution.

Customs is a governmental agency responsible for regulating the shipments entering a specific country or region. All shipments being sent to or from region must clear Customs first. It is always the buyer’s responsibility to clear customs and pay the relevant Customs duties.

Information we Collect : We collect your general, shipping, and order information that includes your Email, Name, Company Name, Street Address, Post Code, City, Country, Telephone Number, and Password and so on. We never ask or collect your Payment Information including your Bank, Cards, PayPal or any other payment information. 

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter you’re: name, e-mail address or mailing address. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

Usage of your Information : Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

Your Order details : Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order.

Your Order Updates: After placing the Order you will receive an email with update of your Order once in a week or twice in a week.

Order Processing time: Most orders will be made and dispatched within 1-6 weeks. During busy periods, for custom orders or large orders you will be notified of any delays or if we expect that the processing time will be longer than usual.

Payments: We have not yet implemented Payment Gateway on our Website as we have multiple products categories which cannot help us to take payments through Customer online.
